AOD-9604 Reconstitution Calculator
AOD-9604 is a modified fragment of human growth hormone (the hGH 176-191 sequence). This page shows how to reconstitute it and read the result on a syringe — the calculator does the arithmetic for you.
Status: Not approved for human use; sold as a research compound.
The math
Concentration = vial ÷ water · Units = (dose ÷ concentration) × 100
AOD-9604 ships as a lyophilized powder; the math is identical to any single-peptide reconstitution.

Frequently asked questions
How do I reconstitute AOD-9604?
Add bacteriostatic water to the lyophilized vial to reach a concentration you can measure. For example, 5 mg in 2 mL of water gives 2.5 mg/mL, so each 10 units (0.1 mL) on a U-100 syringe contains about 250 mcg of AOD-9604. Swirl gently rather than shaking.
How many units of AOD-9604 do I draw?
Divide your intended dose by the concentration to get the volume in mL, then multiply by 100 for a U-100 syringe. The calculator does this automatically once you enter your vial size, water volume and dose.
What vial sizes does AOD-9604 come in?
AOD-9604 is commonly supplied as 2 mg, 5 mg. The amount in the vial does not change with how much water you add — water only sets the concentration.
Is AOD-9604 approved for human use?
Not approved for human use; sold as a research compound. This calculator only performs arithmetic on the numbers you enter and does not recommend any dose.
