CJC-1295 Reconstitution Calculator
CJC-1295 is a growth-hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) analog, sold with or without DAC. This page shows how to reconstitute it and read the result on a syringe — the calculator does the arithmetic for you.
Status: Not approved for human use; sold as a research compound.
The math
Concentration = vial ÷ water · Units = (dose ÷ concentration) × 100
CJC-1295 comes in “with DAC” and “no DAC” (mod GRF 1-29) versions; both reconstitute the same way. Check which one your vial is, as their half-lives differ.

Each 10 units (0.1 mL) contains100 mcg
How to use the calculator
- Open the calculator and enter your CJC-1295 vial size.
- Enter your bacteriostatic water volume, then your dose.
- Read off the units to draw and doses per vial.

Frequently asked questions
How do I reconstitute CJC-1295?
Add bacteriostatic water to the lyophilized vial to reach a concentration you can measure. For example, 2 mg in 2 mL of water gives 1 mg/mL, so each 10 units (0.1 mL) on a U-100 syringe contains about 100 mcg of CJC-1295. Swirl gently rather than shaking.
How many units of CJC-1295 do I draw?
Divide your intended dose by the concentration to get the volume in mL, then multiply by 100 for a U-100 syringe. The calculator does this automatically once you enter your vial size, water volume and dose.
What vial sizes does CJC-1295 come in?
CJC-1295 is commonly supplied as 2 mg, 5 mg. The amount in the vial does not change with how much water you add — water only sets the concentration.
Is CJC-1295 approved for human use?
Not approved for human use; sold as a research compound. This calculator only performs arithmetic on the numbers you enter and does not recommend any dose.
