KLOW Blend Reconstitution Calculator

KLOW Blend is a research blend of four peptides — GHK-Cu (50 mg), BPC-157 (10 mg), TB-500 (10 mg) and KPV (10 mg), 80 mg total per vial. This page shows how to reconstitute it and read the result on a syringe — the calculator does the arithmetic for you.

Status: Research use only; not approved for human use.

The math

Concentration = vial ÷ water  ·  Units = (dose ÷ concentration) × 100

KLOW is GLOW plus KPV, blended at a fixed ratio. Enter the total 80 mg; each draw contains all four peptides in the same proportion.

Worked example

Illustrative numbers only — not a dose recommendation.

Example
Vial80 mg
Bacteriostatic water3 mL
Concentration26.7 mg/mL
Each 10 units (0.1 mL) contains2,667 mcg

What each draw contains

Because KLOW Blend is a fixed-ratio blend, every draw carries all components proportionally. With the example above (vial in 3 mL), a 10-unit (0.1 mL) draw works out to roughly:

  • GHK-Cu: 50 mg in the vial → about 1,667 mcg per 10-unit draw
  • BPC-157: 10 mg in the vial → about 333 mcg per 10-unit draw
  • TB-500: 10 mg in the vial → about 333 mcg per 10-unit draw
  • KPV: 10 mg in the vial → about 333 mcg per 10-unit draw

How to use the calculator

  1. Open the calculator and enter your KLOW Blend vial size.
  2. Enter your bacteriostatic water volume, then your dose.
  3. Read off the units to draw and doses per vial.

Frequently asked questions

How do I reconstitute KLOW Blend?
Add bacteriostatic water to the lyophilized vial to reach a concentration you can measure. For example, 80 mg in 3 mL of water gives 26.7 mg/mL, so each 10 units (0.1 mL) on a U-100 syringe contains about 2,667 mcg of KLOW Blend. Swirl gently rather than shaking.
How does reconstituting a blend like KLOW Blend differ?
KLOW Blend contains GHK-Cu 50 mg, BPC-157 10 mg, TB-500 10 mg, KPV 10 mg (80 mg total) in a fixed ratio. Enter the total 80 mg in the calculator. Every draw contains all components in that same proportion, so a draw that is one-tenth of the vial holds one-tenth of each peptide.
How many units of KLOW Blend do I draw?
Divide your intended dose by the concentration to get the volume in mL, then multiply by 100 for a U-100 syringe. The calculator does this automatically once you enter your vial size, water volume and dose.
What vial sizes does KLOW Blend come in?
KLOW Blend is commonly supplied as 80 mg total (50 / 10 / 10 / 10). The amount in the vial does not change with how much water you add — water only sets the concentration.
Is KLOW Blend approved for human use?
Research use only; not approved for human use. This calculator only performs arithmetic on the numbers you enter and does not recommend any dose.
