Selank Nasal Spray Calculator

Selank is a synthetic peptide developed in Russia, commonly used intranasally. This page shows how to reconstitute it and read the result on a syringe — the spray calculator does the arithmetic for you.

Status: Developed/approved in Russia; elsewhere sold as a research compound and not approved.

The math

Per pump = (vial ÷ total volume) × pump volume

Selank, like Semax, is usually prepared as a nasal solution. The spray calculator gives micrograms per pump for your mix.

Worked example

Illustrative numbers only — not a dose recommendation.

Example
Vial10 mg
Water + saline (total)3 mL
Concentration3.33 mg/mL
Each 0.1 mL pump contains333 mcg

How to use the calculator

  1. Open the spray calculator and enter your Selank vial size and your water + saline volumes.
  2. Set the volume per pump (defaults to 0.1 mL).
  3. Read off the micrograms delivered per pump.

Frequently asked questions

How do I calculate Selank dose per spray?
Add your bacteriostatic water and saline for the total volume, divide the Selank amount by that total to get the concentration, then multiply by the pump volume (commonly 0.1 mL). For a 10 mg vial in 3 mL total, that is 3.33 mg/mL, so each 0.1 mL pump delivers about 333 mcg.
What vial sizes does Selank come in?
Selank is commonly supplied as 5 mg, 10 mg. The amount in the vial does not change with how much water you add — water only sets the concentration.
Is Selank approved for human use?
Developed/approved in Russia; elsewhere sold as a research compound and not approved. This calculator only performs arithmetic on the numbers you enter and does not recommend any dose.
